The developer of Stillwell Plantation has designed and been approved for a community that fits our market needs today.   He is looking for investors to fund the development.  If you have interest for yourself or for an investor, we can send you a package and arrange a meeting.  This may be purchased by one investor or many smaller ones. 
A note from Frank Anthony:

In 2005, my group purchased a 21.64 acre property on Stillwell Road in Pritchardville. The property was a horsefarm and it is abutted by the Palmetto Bluff property. At the end of Stillwell Road is Midway Farms which is a well known and established horse community. The property is ringed by majestic trees and is truly beautiful as you yourself have described it.

We hired the noted architectural firm of Hall & Hull to design residential cottages ranging from 1100 sq ft to 2500 sq ft and also to plan the layout of the property, the positioning of the cottages and the amenity package. The final plan is for 42 residences. The amenities include the 3 existing ponds that are stocked with bass; the original barn that is to be converted to the community center with bath/changing rooms, fitness center, kitchen and a screen house for gatherings and oyster roasts; infinity pool and open spaces for activities such as volleyball, croquet, badmitton and more. The property plan is designed to provide privacy with side yards for each cottage. Each residence faces a pond with walking paths that allow access to the acreage. The concept is for a low country style with front porches that welcome visits from neighbors.
The property is ready for development. We have all the necessary permits from Beaufort County. The sewer and water sits at the property line. We have the cottage designs which will be environmentally green with highly efficient use of space. The location is ideal -- fifteen miles to Savannah's Historic District; 15 minutes to the beaches of Hilton Head Island; 5 miles to the picturesque town of Bluffton. The surrounding five mile area has steadily developed over the past 4 years to include the new location for Beaufort County schools; a Publix supermarket; movie theater and restaurants; housing communities such as Del Webb's Sun City Hilton Head, Hampton Hall and Hampton Lake.
We elected to delay the start due to the state of the real estate market. Now we are seeing real signs of life and are planning to prepare for launch in 2010.
