August 14th marks the 9th annual "Dirty Linen Night" in New Orleans. In celebration of dirty linen everywhere, Peter has painted some new oils!
In addition to the latest goings on in New Orleans, we are proud to finally announce the complete update of our website.  It was behind for a while, but now you can view every new painting that Peter has done recently in the 'Latest' category in the 'galleries' page. If you do not see the size you were looking for, or the frame, please call your art consultant.

5:30 A.M.


The works we unveil in this email are some glimpses at a city that is constantly moving, a city that is always celebrating, a city that rarely sleeps. This first piece might make you think otherwise, with the street lights flickering to compete with dawn and the lone taxi cab puttering through the empty street. "5:30 A.M." 11x14 original oil is available.

Breaktime in NOLA


Peter has captured that one moment in a busy night when the chef takes a deep breath. It might be right before the dinner hour, as he gathers up his concentration and energy or right after, that big sigh of relief. "Breaktime in NOLA" measures 16x30 and is available.

Cafe Du Monde

The world famous "Cafe Du Monde" opened in 1862. To this day you can still smell the coffee percolating and hear the exclamations of the first taste of a beignet. 24x36 "Cafe Du Monde" original oil is available. 


Street Jazz

The city greets its visitors with an exuberant soundtrack played by its famous musicians, both in the clubs and on the street. From the Motown groups that serenade the ladies to a 13 piece swing band complete with dancers, the streets of New Orleans are home to the best bands you will find! "Street Jazz" is a 36x54 original oil painted in thick palette knife strokes, and is available.
 


Trumet Solo

Like any good jazz, every instrument plays a crucial part in the whole ensemble. In this instance, the trumpet takes center stage. For such a small tool, the trumpet sure makes a loud noise! And like the subject matter, this small 16x24 original oil will make a huge impact on any wall!
