Chamber Golf Outing Sept. 10 at York Golf Club

Register now for the Chamber Golf Outing
| Join us at the Chamber's annual Golf Outing on Monday, Sept. 10, at York Golf Club ....
The schedule
 Check-in for players at the scramble-type event will begin at 10 a.m., and a shotgun start will kick off the event at 11 a.m. The registration fee includes 18 holes of golf with cart, lunch, picnic dinner and assorted beverages.
The event is a great way to build relationships with a customer or client, reward a dedicated employee, or treat yourself to a day of golf while networking with other Chamber members.
The course
 Carving its way through trees and hills, the York Golf Club course is one of the most scenic venues around, especially as fall leaves begin to frame the course with color. The course's location along the banks of the Olentangy River offers elevation changes that are not usually associated with central Ohio golf. You'll enjoy the view, the exercise, and the networking opportunities, as you enjoy making new business
connections and reinforcing current ones in a pleasant setting.
The outing
 The number of golfers is limited to 130 players. Participants may register as singles, in pairs or as foursomes. Prizes will be awarded to the top finishing teams, and golfers will have a chance to win additional prizes through a door prize drawing and skill holes on the course.
Hole-in-one contests on four holes
Hole-in-one contests, sponsored by France and Associates, will offer some exciting prizes. One hole offers a $10,000 prize to be split between the winning golfer and the Chamber; another, domestic airline tickets; a third, a electronics; and a fourth, golf equipment.
Promotional opportunities
Special thanks to the sponsors (at left) who have already pledged their support. Several levels of sponsorship opportunities are available. They include:
Presenting Sponsor - $1,600, includes banner ad on the Chamber website for one month before and after the event; golf for four and hole sponsorship ($625 value); exhibit (8-foot table) and signage space; recognition in promotional materials, including press releases, Chamber website, newsletter, e-newsletter and event program.
Corporate Sponsor - $1,200, includes golf for four and hole sponsorship ($625 value), exhibit and signage space and recognition in promotional materials and event program.

Tee Marker Sponsor - $350, includes logo on tee markers for all 18 holes and recognition in promotional materials and event program.
Practice Range Sponsor - $250, includes exclusive signage space on driving range and recognition in promotional materials and event program
Putting Green Sponsor - $250, includes exclusive signage space on putting green and recognition in promotional materials and event program
Hole Sponsor - $125, includes signage on one golf hole and recognition in promotional materials and event program.
Golf privileges are $125 per golfer, includes green fees and golf cart; practice range; lunch and beverages, complimentary beverages on course; shrimp and beverages at the turn; dinner; gift package; raffle tickets and door prizes.
Other promotional opportunities for your business:
 Donate merchandise or services. Donors receive acknowledgment in the event program and after-event publicity. Donations are needed for:
Raffle (hotel overnights, restaurant gift certificates of $50 - $100, products and services worth $25 - $50)
Silent auction packages (golf foursomes, restaurant gift certificates of $50 - $100)
Door prizes (various products and services worth at least $20)
Gift bag items (assorted promotional items - golf towels, pedometers, travel mugs, knapsacks, golf tees, hand sanitizer, etc.)
