QUICK LINKS
Ready, set ... QuickConnect to gain new business clients
AAA Ohio Auto Club, 90 E. Wilson Bridge, will host the Chamber's next QuickConnect session, on Tuesday, July 19, beginning with check-in at 8 a.m. The networking activity will begin at 8:15 a.m. and conclude at 10 a.m. Reservations for the event will be accepted through Friday, July 15.

QCQuickConnect, the Chamber's direct sales opportunity, gives participants the opportunity to determine quickly if there is a fit in meeting each other's business
or consumer needs. It's fun, fast and very effective -- and it's a free service for members only. Participants are arranged in two groups facing each other; each
participant has 90 seconds to present his or her company's products or services one-on-one to 10 others. Prior to the session, registrants are provided a business profile/feedback form; they complete it and bring 11 copies to the session.

To make the session as meaningful as possible, the number of participants from each business category is limited to two. Members who have not previously participated in QuickConnect are given registration preference over those from the same category who have attended a recent session. This procedure expands interest in QuickConnect and helps all participants.

Pre-registration is required. Call us at 888-3040, or select "REGISTER NOW" above to reach the online registration page, and follow the registration prompts.  Be sure to click "SUBMIT." You'll receive an e-mail confirmation when successfully registered.

Pastimes Pub & Grill hosts July 26 Business After Hours

Making new business connections -- a favorite pastime for many Chamber members -- will be easy and fun when Pastimes Pub & Grill hosts a Business After Hours on Tuesday, July 26, from 530 to 7:30 p.m.

The new Chamber member is located at 1333 Worthington Centre Drive, near the Worthington Park Library, at the intersection of Worthington-Galena and Park Roads. Click here for a location map

Pastimes Pub and Grill

Get a sneak preview of Pastimes' tasty food at A Taste of Worthington this Friday, where the restaurant will serve Buffalo wings, celery and bleu cheese, and Buffalo dip with chips.

Join other Chamber members on the patio at Pastimes for similar fare at the Business After Hours. Enjoy frosty beverages, door prizes, great networking, and an opportunity to meet owners Wes Appel and Andy Greene.

To ramp up your networking, register by noon on July 25 to be included in the "Know Before You Go" section of our website. Members who pre-register by the deadline will receive preprinted name tags, eligibility for extra door prizes, and inclusion on the "Know Before You Go" list. Browsing the list before you attend can help you target new business connections,  reinforce developing business relationships, and welcome newcomers to the Chamber.

Business Before Hours (BBH) and Business After Hours (BAH) events are designed to give Worthington Chamber members the opportunity to network with other members in an informal setting and to learn more about Chamber member businesses.

We encourage pre-registration. Select "REGISTER NOW" above to reach the online registration page, and follow the registration prompts.  Be sure to click "SUBMIT." You'll receive an e-mail confirmation when successfully registered.
