Synertel is working rapidly to bring the benefits of ConnectWise to our customers. The Owl will join Level Platforms, another of our 24x7 automated monitoring tools, to keep watch over your business day and night - efficiently and cost-effectively.

 Shortly, you'll have web portal access to *all* service and billing information about your company - and be able to open or update service tickets easily - just by replying to an email.  Connectwise also integrates with all the other process automation and service tools we use to support customers - so it will provide a unified view and portal of everything from backups to circuits to warranties and subscriptions.

We're very excited about the improved level of service we'll be able to provide once we flip the switch. Stay tuned for more details - and watch for announcements in the next few months.
