 The Marin Independent Practice Association and its sister organization, Prima Medical Group, have relied on Synertel for telephony, call center, connectivity, cabling and WAN support since 1998. Synertel is proud to support Prima's growth in Marin and Sonoma, and we are grateful to have been entrusted with providing 7 telephone systems and call centers for PRIMA. Fortuitously, Synertel had also equipped a medical practice which later merged with PRIMA.
Michelle Fullman said recently, "Having standardized systems at all locations which I can manage remotely is a real plus for our organization. We have experienced very high uptime and excellent reliability with Toshiba call centers engineered and installed by Synertel."

In April 2007, we relocated and took your recommendation to migrate to a new Toshiba call center system. After 1 year on this new platform, we are pleased to report that our service has been excellent, with virtually no downtime. In reviewing our telecom expenses, you discovered various carrier overcharges that resulted in a settlement of almost $10,000. Good catch!
More recently, 2 of our remote offices experienced over a dzoen phone and internet outages as a result of unreliable service from a different vendor. You worked with us to transition to a more reliable provider. This transition was complicated by our former vendor's premature service disconnection, 2 days ahead of schedule. Your team jumped in to expedite the changeover by installing a complete new system 2 days early, thereby minimizing the downtime. Thanks again! Synertel also manages connectivity for MIPA and PRIMA, watching carefully to optimize network availability and cost/performance over the family of sites. As a result of changing carrier plans, we were recently able to save MIPA and PRIMA $61K over 3 years, while delivering greater redundancy for their critical connectivity.
