Greetings!
"Kingdom Authority!" How important it is to understand that as a child of God you are empowered by the Holy Spirit to take charge of the dominion He originally gave man when he was created.
It only takes faith as the "smallest of all seeds," the mustard seed, to move mountains. It is the same faith and the same Holy Spirit that quickened Jesus to rise from His grave that gives you the authority and power to perform signs and wonders in His name and to His glory.
Behave yourselves like the royalty that you are!

Pastor Hansel |
The Father's Love The sermon during the Good News Hour yesterday was another powerful message delivered by Pastor Hansel.
The Holy Spirit through him tugged at our hearts and minds as he expounded on "The Father's Love" as part of the three-sermon series on "Kingdom Authority."
He explained why no one has the right to have a "bad day" because neither our environment, other people, nor any of the circumstances that surround us should control us but rather our individual intimacy with God which gives us true authority in the Kingdom.
Pastor Hansel showed us the biblical definition of the Kingdom of God. He took us to passages in scripture that tell us how to enter His Kingdom, that loving God is the foundation of Kingdom Authority and that in the Kingdom, loving people use divine power.
He urged each one to be teachable, to be hungry for what God wants for each person. And instead of questioning God or experiencing a lack of faith, one should ask, "What do I do now?"
Pastor Hansel also pointed out that a Christian's first responsibility is his or her ministry to God as He commanded (Luke 10:27); that one cannot separate the gospel of the Kingdom from "signs and wonders" and that the current millenialist generation requires proof of God's power before they believe!
He quoted Matthew 10:7-8 as his concluding text: "As you go, preach this message: 'The kingdom of heaven is near.' Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons. Freely you have received, freely give."
The prayer ministry team attended to the prayer needs of the congregation at the end of the service. |

Thank you, Pastors Prom and Norma for providing us faithfully with your reports.
They are now on their way back to the U.S. from the Philippines and it is likely that we will see them next Sunday in church here at Gospel Life.

Marketplace Ministry Your Work
"I have brought You glory on earth by completing the work You gave Me to do." - John 17:4 The Lord has revealed to us that the number one thing we are to do is love the Lord our God with all our heart and to love our neighbor as ourselves. His desire is for us to know Him and the power of His resurrection. These mandates deal with our relationship with Him. The fruit of this relationship must then result in our glorifying Him by completing the work He has given each of us to do. It will become a by-product of this relationship, not an end in itself. What is the work God has called you to do? Jesus never did anything the Father had not instructed Him to do. He lived in such communion with the Father that He knew when to turn left and when to turn to the right. Is it possible to have such a relationship with our heavenly Father? I think that if it weren't, He would not have given us such an example. "Call to Me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know" (Jer. 33:3). What has He called you to do? Perhaps you are called to be the best CPA in your city or the best advertising executive or the best office worker or assembly line person in your company. Whatever work He has called you to do, He will use you as His instrument to accomplish something that He has uniquely prepared you to do. When our life is complete, what a glorious day it will be if we can each say, "I have completed the work You gave me to do." This will have brought great glory to Him. Update from Founding Pastors We received an e-mail from our founding pastors John and Jessie that all is well with them in the Philippines. They continue to make spiritual connections with groups and individuals who have the same passion as they do to help transform Philippine society.
They go regularly to Bustos, Bulacan and continue to develop relationships with the owner of the "Galilee Resort" as well as the preachers who share the Word at their weekly meetings. Pray that they will be able to gather these preachers into a bible study group who can, in turn, share a uniform message of love and salvation to those who are looking for biblical truth. There is at least one lady minister and a Catholic priest who appear to cherish the same message that we cling to.
Also, please continue to pray for the new book that Pastor John has finished writing and arranging to be published and distributed widely.
They send their love and prayers our way, secure in the knowledge that God continues to take care of His flock here at Gospel Life, and also admonishing all of us to cultivate an intimate relationship with Him. |

Dear God, I know that You have a plan for my life. Sometimes, I'm not sure I'm following the right path that will fulfill Your perfect will.
Thank You for giving me discernment to make the right choices, and to recognize when You place someone in my life to give direction and point out truths that will prepare me for the path I am to follow and the circumstances I am to face.
Lord, thank You for giving me strength, grace, and approval from on high to not turn back either to one side or the other, but to remain focused straight ahead on You. In Jesus' name, amen.
