Why Builders Will Benefit from CSP Training
by Barbara Ryan, The Atherton Company
As business gets more challenging we need to adjust what we do; we need to be better than we used to be, we need to be more creative, and we need to be more aggressive about our business.  One of the best ways to accomplish all of these is to be a better sales person.  The Certified New Home Sales Professional course is designed for the new home sales representative, however, its benefits are far more expansive.
Builders are an excellent candidate.  How many hours are spent dealing with prospects and customers?  Plenty!  How well the preliminary interview is conducted is critical to the success of getting the job.  How well the builder relates to the customer, understands their needs, and their ability to instill trust and confidence is critical to business.  How many "customs" have been lost because of ineffective communications with the customer?  If a builder gets one deal because they effectively related to and communicated with the customer then this course has paid for itself thousands of time over.
Builders, consider signing up for the Certified New Home Sales Professional courses September 14-15 and 21-22.  You'll earn a new designation and make yourself a more valuable player in the industry.
