We also included some tips on why you may need to contact us if you had or will have a recent college or high school graduate in your family.

Home Inventory

If your home was destroyed by fire or tornado would you be able to list all of your possessions you may have lost? For most of us, our home is more than a house. It is filled with memories and keepsakes as well as things we use every day. That's why when a fire or tornado destroys a home, it cuts deeply into our lives. Having an up-to-date home inventory can help you get back on your feet after a disaster. There are a number of reasons a home inventory is important:

- It can help you determine how much insurance you need.

- It speeds up the claims process, reducing hassle in already trying times.

- Most importantly, it enables you to rebuild your life as completely as possible after a loss.

You can find a home inventory guide on our website to help you know what to include in your inventory. Just print the PDF, then go through your house, room by room. Mark down each item, including its current replacement cost. When you are done, contact us to help review your contents and ensure that your insurance coverage is sufficient. You can also do a home inventory by taking a video or pictures of every room in your home. Also make sure to store your inventory, video or pictures in a fireproof box or outside your home all together.

Graduation- Time to Celebrate!
