TAU is accepting applications for an
office manager position. The TAU Office Manager will plan, coordinate and also oversee various business functions. The Office Manager not only will coordinate the work of others, but they will perform a wide variety of tasks themselves in their role as office manager.  

  

The primary purpose of this position is to organize, direct and administer the TAU office functions and to manage initial communication processing including, but not limited to: space rental management, record keeping, insurance management, instructor pay management, office communications and supply maintenance. This position requires 30 onsite hours/week from September 1st through the end of May and approximately 5 hours/week from the end of May through the end of August (flexibility during holidays and summer...6 weeks off/yr.) There is potential for more work hours added in the future. 

 

*Quickbooks experience required

*Computer savvy a plus
