County Councilmember John Koster of Arlington will hold a public townhall meeting Tuesday, Nov. 18 to update the community on the host of financial challenges facing Snohomish County and how these revenue shortfalls will likely affect county services.
 
Koster's townhall meeting will be held from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Stillaguamish Senior Center, 18308 Smokey Point Blvd.

 Koster will also discuss the possibility of commercial passenger air service at Paine Field, as well as the county council's recent decision to impose a six-month moratorium on accepting applications for creating fully-contained communities in rural SnohomishCounty
