ControlCase Cited as 'STRONG PERFORMER' in independent research firm's IT GRC Wave Report

ControlCase, a leading supplier of IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) software and Compliance as a Service (CaaS) solutions, has been recognized as a 'strong performer' in the IT GRC marketplace by independent research firm Forrester Research, Inc. in "The Forrester Wave™: IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance Platforms, Q4 2011" report (December 2011).

"Customer references highlighted fast implementation and flexibility as strengths of the platform, which earned solid overall business value...The product earned top scores overall for support for asset management, and [it] uniquely offers native capabilities such as vulnerability scanning, where other IT GRC competitors rely on partners. Forrester expects ControlCase to have continued success in the near future," wrote Chris McClean, senior analyst, Forrester Research.

Rezon8 Capital Invests in ControlCase

ControlCase, a leading global supplier of IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) software and "Compliance as a Service (CaaS)" solutions, is pleased to announce that Rezon8 Capital & Advisory Group has become an investor in the company. Rezon8's founder and CEO, K. Paul Singh, is a well-known and highly-regarded global CEO, a leader in the telecommunications industry, and a successful serial entrepreneur. Mr. Singh joins the ControlCase Board of Directors, bringing a wealth of business and management experience gained from leadership roles at companies such as Primus Telecommunications and MCI. Mr. Singh was co-founder, Chairman and CEO of Primus Telecommunications (NYSE: PTGI) -- a premier global telecommunications company that he grew from zero to an annual revenue of approximately $1 Billion.

The financial investment by Rezon8 comes on the back of ControlCase's recent announcement that in the last twelve months its revenue for CaaS services in the United States grew by 150%. "Due to increased and evolving regulations, compliance is becoming a burdensome operational issue for many small- to medium-sized businesses that simply do not have the internal IT and other resources needed to fulfill all of their GRC obligations. This business need continues to fuel the growth of ControlCase as we offer the most cost effective and fully managed solutions that can be quickly deployed," said Kishor Vaswani, CEO of ControlCase. "Rezon8 has recognized the tremendous future growth potential of our business, and we are delighted to welcome the proven expertise of Mr. Singh to our Board."
