Glory is no stranger to supporting the community. In the past she would regularly donate her time to visit the Palliative Care Unit at Good Samaritan Hospital providing their patients with hair and nail services. She was always amazed at how just the most basic visit could provide such joy to these women. She also had the opportunity to host fundraisers and even be a key speaker for local breast cancer survivor support groups.

This past November Glory's sister inlaw Carol was diagnosed with breast cancer. A local school teacher and mother of 3, Carol has been a tremendous support throughout the years as Glory built the Spa85 business. Always available to baby sit and provide invaluable time tutoring Glorys children whenever needed. Even now, during this difficult time Carol continually made time to make sure Glorys oldest, Isabella, was prepared for her state tests. She remains strong, upbeat, and a positive influence on the entire family.

It was only natural for Glory to want to support Carol in any way she could. When she found out that Carol was participating in the 9th annual Long Island 2 Day Walk to fight Breast Cancer, Glory immediately enrolled. She is very excited to be a part of such a wonderful event and walk beside her Sister Inlaw and also all the inspirational people participating in event.
