Forbes Mill Steakhouse is proud to welcome Master Sommelier Emmanuel Kemiji
to our wine dinner series for an encore appearance.
For this dinner we will be concentrating on the Pinot Noirs of Miura. Emmanuel's winemaking philosophy is very simple and direct. He uses single varietals from single vineyards as a canvass for nature to showcase the purity of expression that makes these wines so special.
Miura's wines are made in very small quantities, and are difficult for many to find. We will be comparing and contrasting four Miura Pinot Noirs,from both cool and warm climates. As a bonus wine we will feature the Candela "Forbes Mill Reserve" made especially for us by Emmanuel and his team.
Greg Walter, Owner/Publisher of the PinotReport will join us as well. His passion for Pinot and deft observations will undoubtedly add to the experience for all of us.
Our Wine Dinners are held in our private banquet room with no more than 30 guests, to insure a special evening for all.
