 Jerusalem, December 2008
To all our Family and Friends!

"Then came the Feast of Dedication at Jerusalem. It was winter, and Jesus was in the temple area, walking in Solomon's Colonnade."  (John 10:22-23)

Yeshua - the True Light of the World!

"Hanukkah" is short for "Hanukkat Ha Bayit", which in Hebrew means "The Dedication of the House (the Temple)".  Hanukkah Lights in Old Jerusalem

Tonight, the Jewish world is commemorating  the beginning of this beautiful Festival, of Light and acknowledgement of God's Miracles for and in the Nation!

Yeshua Himself, who is the ONE,
TRUE Light of the world, also celebrated Hanukkah.

So, with "Dedication" to Yeshua, and while believing for His promised Perpetual Light to shine over Israel and the rest of the world - we would like to wish you

A joyous Hanukkah! May HIS Light shine upon you all, always!

For those who have travelled to Israel, this story will definitely make you smile:

The El Al plane had just landed at Ben Gurion airport, when the voice of the captain came on:

"Please remain seated with your seat belts fastened until the aircraft comes to a complete standstill and the seat belt signs have been turned off. We also wish to remind you that using cell phones on board this aircraft is strictly prohibited."

"To those who are seated, we wish you a Merry Christmas, and hope that you enjoy your visit; to those of you standing in the aisles and talking on your cell phones, we wish you a Happy Chanukah, and welcome back home."
We bid you "Shalom Shalom", from Alfei Menashe, Israel
