The Middlesex County Association of REALTORS is selling a 10' conference table and nine (9) leather chairs to the person with the highest and best offer. They are in decent condition with normal wear and tear.
We are notifying our members first before opening the sale up to the public. If you are interested in making an offer and would like to take a look at the table and chairs, let us know and we will arrange it.
The cost to remove and deliver the items is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

REALTORS� pledge to abide by a Code of Ethics by showing professional responsibility and protecting the public. The Code of Ethics is divided into three categories: Duties to Clients and Customers, Duties to the Public and Duties to REALTORS�.
MCAR will be publishing a brief description of one of the 17 Articles of the REALTOR� Code of Ethics in the weekly "Spotlight on MCAR" emails. Below is Article 11.

Join the elite "NJAR� President's Club" by contributing $500 to RPAC and you will get recognition in MCAR emails and at membership meetings.

Contributions are not deductible for income tax purposes. Contributions to RPAC are voluntary and are used for political purposes. You may contribute more or less than the suggested amount. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal and the National Association of REALTORS� or any of its state associations or local boards will not favor or disfavor any member because of the amount contributed. 70% of each contribution is used by RPAC of New Jersey to support state and local political candidates. Until RPAC of New Jersey reaches its RPAC goal, 30% is sent to National RPAC to support federal candidates and is charged against your limits under 2 U.S.C. 441a; after RPAC of New Jersey reaches its RPAC goal it may elect to retain your entire contribution for use in supporting state and local candidates.

Don't Wait Until the 11th Hour. REALTOR Ethics Training Deadline is 12/31/12.
December 31, 2012 is the deadline for completing your REALTOR Code of Ethics Training for Quadrennial 2009-2012. All REALTORS must complete the training every four years to maintain their membership. An online training course at NJARACE fulfills the requirement, has been approved for 2 hours of core ethics NJREC continuing education credits and is free of charge. REMINDER: CONTINUING EDUCATION (CE) IS A REQUIREMENT BY THE New Jersey Real Estate Commission (REC) for real estate licensees in New Jersey. Licensees are reminded that to be eligible to renew their license for the 2013-15 license term they will need to have acquired a total of 12 credit-hours of continuing education, including at least six in Core topics, of which at least two must be in ethics. The required credits must be obtained no later than June 30, 2013. However, to avoid an additional $200 processing fee the required credits must be obtained by April 30, 2013.
