MCAR BYLAWS REVISED
The National Association of REALTORS (NAR) require one revision to the MCAR Bylaws to comply with NAR's policy.
The following change has been made to Article XI, Section 3(a). Board of Directors, Fifth Paragraph:
A member who is not a primary member of the Middlesex County Association of REALTORS cannot be an officer of the Association nor serve on the Board of Directors. In order to be elected as an officer or director, their office must be located in geographical jurisdiction of the Middlesex County Association of REALTORS. (Added 10/2011)
We are not required to have REALTOR members vote on this change since this is a requirement imposed by NAR.

DO YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH A REALTOR BUT NOT SURE WHERE TO TURN?
The most outstanding characteristic that sets REALTORS apart from other real estate practitioners is their willingness to abide by the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS. But occasional disagreements arise between REALTORS. MCAR offers its members a vehicle to expedite ethics complaints and/or arbitration requests without going to court.
