REALTORS, Call Upon the Legislature to Put Housing First

Call for Action

One of the most significant burdens on real estate transactions in New Jersey are realty transfer fees (RTF).  RTF increases have contributed to our reputation as a place that's not beneficial to live in or conduct business. The evidence is clear that when the RTF is increased, less revenue is collected in subsequent years.  This is impeding the economic growth of our state. Something has to be done.

Along with the RTF, we also need your help in urging action to lower property taxes.  You have seen the impact they have on New Jersey.

Please click on Call for Action to continue advocating for change.  It takes 30 seconds.
