The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod and the CDP are jointly offering a First Time Home Buyers CHAPA certification workshop for people considering or actively planning their first home purchase. CHAPA certification is essential for potential first-time homebuyers to access affordable mortgage products.

Sea Fever Gear Is Verified Green

Recycling old sails into eco-friendly and eco-nomical gear since 1996 made Sea Fever Gear a perfect candidate to become a verified Cape & Islands Green business. The company was created and is run by two sisters, Pixie and Penny, inspired by an old sail they found from their own family boat. Their philosophy is to promote good things - recycling, sailing and fun! Leslie Richardson Joins CDP Board
