Whenever you're not getting the results you're looking for, there is likely a difficult conversation that's preventing you from realizing success. This type of conversation can be discussion where the outcomes are critical, emotions run strong and opinions may vary. These conversations (when handled poorly or ignored) could lead to strained relationships, conflict and dismal results.
This one day seminar teaches basic skills for creating alignment and agreement by fostering open dialogue around risky topics-at all levels of your church/organization. By learning how to present and share ideas well (and encouraging others to do the same), you'll uncover the best ideas, make the best decisions, and then move forward with unity and commitment.
