How much does fear dictate the decisions you make in your personal life, your professional life, and in the life of your church or ministry?  We don't like to admit that fear is a factor in our decisions because that sounds so carnal.  We serve a God who repeatedly tells us to be strong and courageous, to not be afraid.  So we tend to downplay the influence of fear because it is painful to admit how powerful it can be.

 

As I work with churches, I find that a lot of churches live in fear.  Church leaders and even pastors are afraid to take risks for the Kingdom - even with God beckoning them.

Removing Leadership Lids: This workshop will reveal eight common emotional connection barriers leaders face and provide strategies that can be implemented to overcome unwanted disconnection with others.

Church Planting Discernment Day: a one-day workshop intended to help you understand more about church planting and to assist you in discerning God's call.

Transition Pastor Training: come to discover what a transition pastor does, develop skills that are specifically needed to be effective in this role and determine if being a transition pastor is a good fit for you.
