Desperately Seeking Signs of a Turnaround

LifePoint Church in Goshen, IN
I moved to Goshen, IN nearly 9 years ago to pastor what at the time was Goshen First Church of God, now LifePoint Church. I had big hopes and dreams. The church did too. They had hired a young pastor, me, that would help them turnaround 4 years of declining attendance and several more years of plateaued attendance as well.
Unfortunately our hopes and dreams didn't turn out as quickly as we had hoped. The decline continued. Seven years into my time here, I wasn't sure how much longer I could endure the decline.

Church Planting Discernment Day

 Are you wondering if you are called to plant a church? . . . if you have the DNA of a church planter? Why not get more clarity by attending a one-day workshop intended to help you understand more about church planting and to assist you in discerning God's call. Then come spend the day with Jim Griffith as he unpacks these key questions and provides valuable answers! Jim is one of the nations top experts on church planting. He focuses on coaching new and existing churches to reach their mission field. He's assessed over 1,900 church planting candidates, trained over 9,000 planters, and coached over 1,500 projects.
This event is for those people who are curious about church planting, spouses, and anyone else who wants to know more about what is involved in planting a church and how to discern God's call. Spouses are welcome to attend.
