 Mimi and John Klotz are leaving Indiana for Illinois. John has recently accepted the role of lead pastor at Mt. Hawley Community Church in Peoria, Illinois. For over three years Mimi has served Indiana Ministries as the front office staff person, an executive assistant to the state pastor and been a valuable asset to IM. She has also been the staff liaison with Department of Youth Ministries. Mimi has brought vitality and energy to the IM staff and office and a passionate love for God and pastors. IM is indebted to Mimi for her vivacious service and pray that God uses Mimi, John and Krissy in a powerful way in Peoria. Mimi and her family will be dearly missed. I asked her to share with you before she goes.
 Having a job to do is a good thing. Having a job you enjoy doing with co-workers you like is better still. Having a job that is not only enjoyable but also has deep personal and spiritual purpose, working with people who have the same vision and heart, is the best and I've been blessed to find myself in that position these last three and a half years at Indiana Ministries. THE 3RD AND FINAL BEST PRACTICES CONFERENCE - APRIL 9TH Pastors, we don't want you to miss out on this awesome opportunity. By attending this one day conference with at least one lay leader from your church you can become eligible to apply for financial assistance in the areas of educational loans, healthcare and/or pension. You can read more about the Financial Freedom Fund/Lilly Grant by checking it out on our website. You should have received a mailing with a registration form and more detailed information. Mark your calendar and and recruit your lay leader (the treasurer or a board member are the most ideal choice). The meeting will last from 9:00 am until around 4:00 pm at the Indiana Ministries office. Early registration ends March 31st so send in your form soon!
