Vision & Goals 2015 Meeting Invitation       by Dr. Doug Talley

Since arriving in Indiana as Executive State Pastor, the Board of Directors and I have been talking about the purpose, vision and goals of Indiana Ministries. In the August quarterly meeting of the Board, I presented Vision & Goals for 2015 and 2021. The Board unanimously and enthusiastically affirmed them! These involve helping plateaued and declining churches grow, planting churches, providing skill development coaching for pastors, partnering with Journey Church in Australia in re-launching the Church of God in that country, developing our credential approach to focus on more leadership development, and hiring additional staff. 
 
Vision 2015 also involves spending significant reserve dollars to fund these initiatives.
