At the recent
North American Convention of the Church of God, I had a chance to hear Dr.
James Earl Massey preach. He was one of
my favorite professors when I was in seminary and is someone I respect
immensely. During his message, he talked
about people who had significantly impacted his life, and I started thinking
about people who had touched my life in significant ways. Dr. Massey was one of those people. After the service, I waited in line to tell
him how much he had meant to my life and ministry.
Since that
service, I've been thinking about other people who have deeply influenced my
life. Here are just a few and what they
taught me.
