I confess that I am an insatiable learner.  Both my Strengths Finder profile and my Spranger Values Index reveal that I love to learn.  My thirst is not just to learn for the sake of accumulating more information but to learn so that I can be more whole in being and more effective in doing... i.e. more fruitful (John 15:5).

This desire to learn motivates Indiana Ministries to sponsor free or very inexpensive training events and workshops throughout the year so that you can be better equipped to lead your church in accomplishing its mission.  Ephesians 4 says that our job as pastors is "to prepare God's people for works of service..." (vs. 12).  For us to do that well, we need to be growing and developing.
