Greetings:

As this year ends, I am excited about what has been happening in my life and wanted to share with you what I have been doing since I took the leap and closed my Therapy Practice.

 After years of being a psychotherapist/counselor, I finally followed my second dream and combined my 20 plus years of counseling, consulting and training experience, with my degrees/certifications, and started a Coaching practice, Coaching Inspirations.  Coaching differs from therapy in that therapy focuses on treatment, diagnosis, testing, assessment, or counseling in a professional relationship to assist individuals or groups to alleviate mental disorders, understand unconscious or conscious motivation, resolve emotional, relationship, or attitudinal conflicts, or modify behaviors.  Coaching is forward moving and focuses on hear and now.  Briefly, as a coach I:

• Help clients set larger, better, more rewarding goals, both personal and professional
• Speak with each client regularly to help develop strategies and action plans 
• Support clients in living their dreams and realizing their passion
• Support individuals who want to deepen their spiritual life and claim abundance and prosperity in their lives
• Help client's make and keep more money
• Support client in make better decision for themselves and their business
• Enhance your communication proficiencies

One of the exciting aspects of coaching is; that it is primarily conducted via telephone or Internet.  I do not have to be located in the same city or country as my clients. Therefore, I can coach you, a friend or a family member from any where in the world, from the comforts of your home or office. 

My current specialties are working with:

• The individual in career transition who wants to create their perfect job
• The individual who wants to start a small business or who has a small business and wants to increase revenue
• The individual or couple who needs assistance designing their ideal non-financial retirement
• The individual who is seeking meaning and purpose in their life

In addition to my individual clients, my practice includes training, tele-classes and relationship education.  My passion is supporting singles and couples to have the relationship they truly desire and create a space for individuals who want a deeper spiritual life to explore and grow.
