Enneagram Workshop
A Powerful Journey of Transformation
Take a look at how the ancient and mystical tool of the Enneagram can assist in breaking patterns and habits ~ to see how one REALLY is with others! Understand clearly how to define, transform and fully thrive on your life's path and purpose.

Have you ever had an "ah ha" moment so meaningful that your entire perception and way of being is changed for the better? That is what happened to me recently, thanks to the first Enneagram workshop I attended in August. All very interesting, indeed. I had to leave early, so I was handed a list of affirmations for my personality type which I quickly folded and tucked away in my notebook without looking at it. Fast-forward about 8 weeks. I am straightening up my home office, something I often do when recovering from a severe emotional upheaval. I was really concerned this time because I realized I've had similar, less severe, bouts of this rampage a few times over the last 18 months, and couldn't put my finger on the origin so I'd have a fighting chance to be proactive and not go through the painful experiences over and over again. Then my hands magically found those Enneagram affirmations! They absolutely, perfectly and completely defined the unconscious patterns underlying my experience. Not only recently, but all my life! The sheer realization of what has been going on was a weight of a thousand pounds lifted from my challenged self-esteem. Now, when those self-defeating patterns start to surface, I notice them almost immediately and am able to shift my focus to those POSITIVE, EMPOWERING aspects of my personality type and proceed with my life in a more creative, expansive way. Each Enneagram personality type expresses a distinctive and habitual pattern of thinking and emotions. I further learned that by recognizing one's personality pattern you have key tools to self-understanding and development. I would not have expected the Enneagram material to affect the quality of my life this significantly. I am eager to learn more! Linnaea Mallette
