• Have you denied grieving over some of the other losses in life, (loss of a job, letting go of a dream, youth?)
• Do you understand the grieving process?
• Do you honor and allow yourself to grieve, or do you just "try to get on with life?"

This workshop is about honoring all feelings, especially the feelings that come up in the grieving process. This is a sacred time to honor, share, and understand feelings such as joy, fear, hate, anger, awe, etc., and how they affect your life.

• How do I stop feeling like a fraud?
• How do I stop beating myself up?
• How do I really learn to love and accept myself?

You're not alone, most of us have been there...and now, there is help.

 You will learn:

• How you are living your life from the rules created in childhood
• How those rules have been the basis for how you treat yourself and others.
• How to discover these rules, and how they have been running your life.
• How to change the rules to get what you REALLY want!
