BetsyA Communication Skill Building Workshop
Rev. Betsy Haas, MA - Facilitator

Communication is the most important tool we have in creating healthy relationships. Communication styles are the individualistic ways we hear and speak, both verbally and non-verbally.

This workshop explores four basic styles of communication. Each style is identified with an animal.  Identifying one's communication style enables participants to be more effective, productive, and successful with clients, contemporaries, employees, team members, boards and in personal relationships.

The purpose of this workshop is to identify, understand, and appreciate personal work/communication styles and how each style contributes to the progress of the organization.

Once we learn the skill of speaking the other person's language, we are more effective and get much greater results.  It is not what we say; it is how we say it that makes the difference. Every person has good to contribute!

$30.00 per person
