"Cultivate the Healing Ground"
Healing is the journey from unconscious to conscious ~ from numb to Awake.  The practice of Meditation is a life-transforming tool.  Learn to cultivate a gentle self-kindness, as your own path to clarity turns from one of self-abuse to one of self-awareness.  Awake to all my Life has to offer, I invite Healing Love in.

"Cre 8 art"  Let your artist come out to play!
Artist, Susan Rios invites you to come and explore your own creative nature in her workshops, designed to be fun, safe, and very non intimidating. "My belief is that we are all artists, but it is an imtimidating prospect for some.  My workshop helps us ease the labels we have attached to ourselves, and coax our "inner artist" out to play and have fun. This is not for the serious minded! There's no "wrong" way to create art. And by the way, I can't draw a straight line either! "                                                       Susan Rios

  2008 Malawi School Project

Dear Friends, Brothers,Sisters, Peers and fellow journey people.

It is with great pride and humility I share with you our upcoming "Journey of Mind to the Heart of Africa"......the 2008 Malawi School Project.

On Sunday, June 15, our 27 "journey people"depart from their from their homes, ultimately uniting  in Johannesburg, South Africa, Tuesday June 17, 2008. Two days later, we will travel to the Kusungu district of Malawi ( a 3 hour plane ride, and a 2+ hour bus ride) to physically help villagers begin building 2 more RSI Youth Seminar funded primary schoolhouses. For 9 days we will work hand to hand, heart to heart, with the men, women, children, elders, parents, donors, chiefs, etc. lay a foundation for an evolution in education for their village - one brick at a time.

Our travel group consists of 11 teenagers, 7 young adults and 10 adults. We come together from many RSI centers, but are also from the Unity Center in San Diego, a United center in Santa Rosa, and the Seaside Center in Encintas---OH YES...........WE ARE ONE !!

Please accept my heartfelt thanks to each of you who have donated funds for this project, assisted in raising money for teens to travel and the school houses, and most importantly have embraced this project as another piece of the puzzle of the unfolding integration of our New Thought Teachings in a heart healthy way.

I invite you to do Spiritual Mind Treatment or prayer in your manner for us on our journey, June 15 - July 2. As well it is greatly appreciated in advance if you will ask the same  from your congregations, friends, peers, associates and youth groups.

This year we have funded 5 schools and adult literacy programs for each (at $23,000) , with an additional 2 to be funded soon.

In total, this makes 8 completed schools since the inception of this project -----Intention, combined with faith and an open mind works.....funny, huh?

I look forward to sharing this journey in mind as we travel, and in person upon our return.

In excitement, in gratitude, in anticipation.

WE ARE ONE.
