Richard Corlin MD presents
Generational Differences - "What's the difference between doctors who are boomers, gen x-ers and gen y-ers?"

From personality traits to values to how gen y-ers view career ladders and pay patterns, it's a compelling topic, and Dr. Corlin will stimulate some public and private discussion. After all, the gen y-ers are our new partners/colleagues (for some of us, they're our kids). Don't you wish you had a better grasp on what drives them? Why they value what they do? What to expect in the future? What will healthcare be like with generation Y physicians as the leaders and shakers? Should we expect the issues addressed to be different?
