|
The First Touch process ensures that your time with patients is meaningtul, increases satisfaction, and reduces patient anxiety.
- Be ready to draw pictures when giving information and explanations.
- Touch patients in a kind and gentle way. Be especially aware of this during clinical procedures.
- Before you get up to leave or move to the door, ask patients and their families if they have questions.
- Say "goodbye" and shake their hand, if appropriate.

Total Pledges to Date = $2,150!
The pledges will be used to help
some special El Cajon kids - preschoolers with
special needs for adaptive learning
equipment at Sevick School!
