A message from Michele Tarbet,

The Joint Commission surveyors
have left the building. I am very excited to tell you that
we had an excellent exit conference. I want to thank
each and every one of you for all your hard work in
preparation for this survey. Last week has once again
provided me the opportunity to see the entire team in
action. I was so proud of Sharp Grossmont Hospital.
Each and every one of you played a part in our
success. We should receive our final report in
approximately two weeks and will review those
findings along with our plans for improvement with all
of you.
