| Cefotetan Injection Is Now Available At Grossmont |

In September 2005, Cefotetan (Cefotan®) injection
was discontinued by the manufacturer; however,
it is now available in a generic formulation.
Normal dosing is Cefotetan 1 gram IV Q12 hours in
patients with normal renal function.

| Imipenem/Cilastatin (Primaxin®) Injection Is On Backorder |

Imipenem/Cilastatin (Primaxin®) injection is on
backorder and our supply was depleted on Sunday,
April 13.
If another anti-psuedomonal carapenem is needed to
complete therapy, please consider Meropenem
(Merrem®). We appreciate your patience and
cooperation in this matter.
