Turn in your CSF application by Fri., Sept. 30
| | Are you a CSF member or would you like to be one? CSF (California Scholarship Federation) is a service/academic club whose membership is based on academic performance, citizenship and service. Students become members based on their high school grades. Therefore, first-semester freshman are not eligible, but may apply for membership second semester, based on the grades on their first high school report card.
College Park's chapter of CSF plans service activities throughout the year, and also raises money for its scholarship fund. The scholarship fund is used to award scholarships to seniors who are Sealbearers. Information about becoming a Sealbearer and the specifics of eligibility in general are included in the application. Renew your membership or find out how to join by clicking here or getting an application from the Main Office. The application contains all information you will need to determine if you qualify to become a member of CSF. Please read the instructions carefully to be sure you qualify! You will need to turn in: - Completed application
- Copy of your June 2011 report card or a transcript printed from HomeLink
- $5.00 in dues (checks made payable to CPHS)
Return the above three items to the Treasurer's Office (Ms. Jones) by Friday, September 30. No applications will be accepted after Friday, September 30! You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your application has been approved. If you do not qualify, your application and its attachments will be returned to you.
Contact Mr. Kwirant or Ms. Hein, CSF advisors, if you have any questions.
