    Governor Bill Ritter has signed legislation to tax all purchases made online by Colorado residents. As reported in the Durango Herald, Coloradans' days of shopping tax-free on the Internet are coming to an end. Given the $100 million shortfall in the current year's state budget, it's no surprise.
