Greetings! What a wild ride this year has been! The holidays are fast approaching and my remaining free spots are booking up quickly. I'd love to fill up the rest of the dates before Thanksgiving. Please forward this to your contacts and encourage them to get in touch with me about any events they are planning in December or January. I've had the good fortune to have many wonderful performing and speaking experiences in the last several months. Two recent favorites were:

You may have missed it -- I almost did! -- but I was featured in a "Good Morning America" report on the impact of "Joe the Plumber" on the presidential campaign season. You can click here to see the report (which also appeared on Nightline), and you can click here to see the entire video. My purpose in sharing this with you now is obviously not political. I don't discuss politics in this publication, because neither your nor my political leanings are relevant to whether I will do a great job speaking or entertaining for you at your event. I'm sharing this experience because it illustrates an interesting point about linking the performance of magic to a message - whatever the message may be.
On my blog, you can read all about the video, how I was inspired to make it, and all the places it has been referenced online, in the broadcast media, and even in print! Visit my blog here: Better Living Through Card Tricks. Make sure to bookmark it -- I put various updates there which I don't include in these newsletters. One update, the Salzman Test, would be a great thing for team leaders, managers, and other presenters to be aware of. Go check it out!
The talented folks at Atlanta Business Video are taking the lead on creating high-impact results for companies who want to leverage the power of online video. I've known Roger Stix and Michael Moore for years, and so when I had an opportunity to see what they were up to, I jumped at it. I was enormously pleased with the results -- and with all the great work that Erin Dyer did after the fact so that the videos would be just right for my needs. Take a look at these examples they did for me: I encourage you to take some time to talk to Michael, Roger and Erin at Atlanta Business Video and see what they can do to help you connect more effectively with your customers and prospects!
