Greetings!
We honor our fallen soldiers during Memorial Day from wars past and current. One of the illnesses we embrace under the umbrella of Neuroendocrineimmune Disorders if Gulf War Illness (GWI). According to the Department of Defense (DOD) is estimated that 300,000 Gulf War veterans are stricken with chronic multi-symptoms illnesses that are preventing them from enjoying the life that a war veteran deserves once they come home.
We know how hard it is for Gulf War veterans who are suffering with Gulf War syndrome/illness, upon returning home at a time when they should be moving on with their lives. It has taken 20 years for our government to finally acknowledge that GWI/GWS is real. The devastating and disabling symptoms these veterans experience daily, are preventing our heroes from leading productive lives.
On Memorial Day, we renew our goals and objectives, to continue to create awareness for Gulf War Illness, also known as Gulf War syndrome. Make sure you support our efforts of the The NeuroEndocrineImmune (NEI) Center™project, which
will research Gulf War Illness/Syndrome (GWI/S) along with chronic fatigue syndrome-ME (CFS-ME), fibromyalgia (FM), multiple chemical sensitivity (MCS) or Environmental Illness and chronic Lyme Disease (CLD).
