Dear Friends, Sponsors and Supporters:
As the holiday season approaches, we want to thank you for your past support. The past five years of your generous donations have made a tremendous impact on the lives of children at Kompong Speu Orphan Center in Cambodia.
-
As your support has grown, so have our programs:
-
70 students are currently enrolled in our English School program
-
5 students attending University in Phnom Penh
-
20 students are learning computer skills at Kompong Speu (in cooperation with Enfants d'Asie ASPECA)
-
All the children are receiving hepatitis-B immunizations (in cooperation with The Sharing Foundation)
-
Approximately 250 bags of rice have been provided
-
The children enjoyed a beach trip and celebrations for many of Cambodia's major holidays.
Please see our newsletter for in-depth details.
We have ambitious plans for 2008 that will require broadened financial support. Pending the successful outcome of a pilot program in early 2008, we plan to build and operate our own English language school at Kompong Speu, which will also house the computer-training center. This will provide a vastly improved level of education for our children. In early 2008 we will share more details with you about this exciting step forward for the children at Kompong Speu.
During this holiday season, we invite you to consider making a contribution to Cambodia Tomorrow.
-
A gift option to consider is making a donation in the names of friends, relatives and business associates. We will be happy to mail personalized gift cards to you or the recipients of your gifts. Please send us an email at sponsors@cambodiatomorrow.org and let us know where you would like gift cards sent.

Attached below is a consolidated report on the sources and uses of donated funds from this past year. Thanks to your support, we finish 2007 in a strong financial position and with ambitious objectives for 2008. When we visit the children, we always emphasize that we represent many donors and the children are very appreciative of the gifts for their benefit. On behalf of the children, thank you for again your enduring support!
Thank You!

Cambodia Tomorrow is an entirely volunteer-led 501(c)(3) organization that is committed to rigorous financial responsibility. We have achieved our five-year goal of establishing a reserve to ensure that our programs are sustainable and allow us to respond quickly to unanticipated needs as well as restricting donations for our donors intended purpose. Our practices also ensure the maximum percentage of contributed funds will be spent for the benefit of the children. |
