Superintendent Profile Development  Process

On behalf of the MISD School Board
The Mansfield ISD Board of Education has secured Horn, Smith, Wood and Preston, Educational Consultants, LLC to conduct activities to help develop the profile for seeking a new superintendent.

The board is seeking observations and suggestions from a variety of stakeholders within the district community to finalize the profile. This information will then be compiled and reported back to the board so they and the consultants can be clear about what the diSuperintendent Profile Development Processstrict needs in its new superintendent.

On Monday, October 27, 2008, the educational consultants will conduct meetings at various times of the day for district staff and community members to provide feedback and suggestions in order to help influence the type of superintendent that will be ultimately selected.
