Greetings!

Wow...hard to believe the winter has come and gone.  Crazy busy but lots of great events!  Many athletes in my "barn" are coming off their best seasons ever and we can't wait for the next season to unfold!  Now is the time for the winter athletes to get back into their training regimes and prepare physically, mentally and emotionally to compete at their highest levels.  The peaks and valleys of training blocks, camps, testing and rejuvenating require a real commitment to stay the course!  Keep the competitive juices flowing by building lots of "competition" into your training.  Train like you want to compete!

Athletes need to recognize and "read" their physical, psychological and emotional selves and make sure they incorporate recovery and balance in their lives in order to achieve competitive success.
