Here we are, more than halfway through September already! The kids are all back in school, activities have started, or are starting this week. Halloween candy is out in the stores. Thankfully I've been smart enough thus far not to bring any home yet! I bet you are dying to know what our big announcement is! This is SO exciting and has been in the works for MONTHS! Top Secret!
We were the first studio in Atlantic Canada to bring you Pure Authentic Pilates. We were the first to offer a fully equipped Pilates only studio. We were the first and are the only to have online registration that YOU control on your own. We were the first and continue to be the highest certified and trained in CANADA. Now what could possibly make us even MORE Fabulous?! It took some time, but we are THRILLED to announce that we have an App for your iPhone, iPad and Android! What does our app do? Well it links into our online registration! Using the username and password that you already have, you can log in, search for classes, register and MORE! Download it today!!
We want to make registering for classes, getting here, and staying here the best possible solution for all of your busy lives! YES!
I know you will find this hard to believe, but we have even MORE exciting news coming your way before Christmas!!!

In other news, spots are quickly disappearing for the Pilates30 Program. I have left the information in this newsletter for those of you who want to refresh your memory or who weren't able to check it out last time. This program has been very successful, and we even have folk doing it for the second time!! It is a total savings of more than $150 for all of the classes you get to do!

 Okay, so you LOVE our online registration, right? You also love your iPhone or iPad?! Well hey, we've got something great for you!
We've got an App that allows you to register for your classes, log your schedule into your iCal, contact us and a variety of other things too!

Fall 2012 Pilates30 Starts September 29th!
The Pilates30 Program last spring was a HUGE success. All participants gained exceptional results including a few of them being 1/4 of an inch taller than when they started! Great, right?! The second Pilates30 event at Precision Pilates will begin on September 29th, 2012. Space is limited so register now by contacting Cara or Carol at Precision Pilates! There will be NO weigh-in or measurements. At Precision Pilates we believe that it is not about the 'shape' of your body, but rather the shape that your body is in. The only thing we will do is measure your height, and take photos of your posture. What is involved? 30 classes in 10 weeks! What an awesome task! At nearly 4 classes per week, this is exactly what your body needs to get ready for the Holiday Season! The group will meet several times over the course of the 10 weeks for the following information sessions: Dr. Kerri Dow, ND, (Naturopathic Doctor) from Fredericton Family Chiropractic: A Creating Wellness Centre will be meeting with us to discuss proper nutrition and overall well being. www.doctordow.ca

Why Do We Travel So Far?
I am sure that some of you are wondering why Carol, Kelly and I are continually traveling for training. Even though we are all certified at varying levels it is very important to continue our education. Ask your teachers, whatever they are teaching you, if they remain 'fresh' in their work!
It is one thing to know the exercises, be able to 'recite' the words and cues, and know the safety issues. However, Pilates is an incredible method with depth beyond the understanding of most.
There are simply no teachers in Canada that can teach us at or beyond the level we are. The best teachers in the world live in Boston, New York, Seattle, Philadelphia, and Los Angeles. We are all grateful and fortunate to be able to train with these masterful, intuitive, and brilliant teachers.
This coming weekend Cara is heading back to NYC and will be taking a lesson with Dan Agren, as well as observing Peter Fiasca teach for a day. In November she will be traveling to Seattle to Metropolitan Pilates for a 3 day workshop where Dorothee VandeWalle, Brooke Siler, and Peter Fiasca will be teaching. If you wonder what she'll be up to in that time, check out their website.
Cara is also THRILLED to be traveling to NYC, yet again, in December for an incredible opportunity. Brooke Siler, the owner of Re:Ab Pilates is hosting two days of workshops with Jay Grimes. Jay is one of only a few remaining Elders who trained with Joe Pilates himself. This workshop has limited space and is attended by many second and third generation teachers.
When we tell you that the teachers at Precision Pilates are second to none in the region, we aren't making it up. You have come to the right place to change your life!

Re-form is a Huge Success!
This new awesome class has been a huge success! Clients are loving it and classes are filling! Come check it out!
Re-Form is on the schedule Tuesday evenings at 7:15pm and Thursday afternoons at 1pm.
Remember, this class isn't for new beginners, however, it can bring the extra challenge to your workout that some of you are looking for! Be prepared to SWEAT!
This class is included in the Mat class packages!!

Important Studio Policy
A reminder for everyone that it is studio policy to take a class off your package if you do not notify us that you will not be attending.
Also, all private lessons cancelled without 24 hours notice are subject to a $25 fee. Private lessons cancelled the 'day of' are charged as a full lesson.
Due to many classes and appointment times being full, if you do not cancel your space, others can not attend class.
You can cancel via the online software, send us an email, give us a call or text our phone number.
We do understand that sometimes there are circumstances beyond your control. If this is the case, let us know.
