If You Are Alive We Need You At The All Church Workday THIS Saturday April 2 -9am-2pm

The soldier's first article of faith is summed up nowhere more eloquently than in an 1865 letter from William Tecumseh Sherman to U.S. Grant: "I knew wherever I was that you thought of me, and if I got in a tight place you would come...if alive."

I hope that expresses my confidence in you and taking your place this Saturday as we come together once again for an All Church Workday! There is much spring cleaning and yard work that we need to do before  

Easter Sunday when we will have lots of guests!

While that may make you smile I hope it will also cause you to join us Saturday as we work together to do some much needed cleaning and maintenance here at GPBC!

Inside and outside, there is much we can accomplish if we work together_.

On the inside, bring your vacuum cleaner and extension cords; mop buckets, brooms and mops for Spring cleaning inside our church.

Outside, there is much to accomplish as well, so bring your work gloves, wheelbarrows, rakes, brooms and blowers so we can do some sprucing up! We will be planting flowers as well as putting down bark dust.

We will have a light breakfast for everyone at 9am with a brief time of prayer and encouragement from God's Word, and then we will go to work.

Your church is depending on you to come and help! I know that you will...IF ALIVE!
