This note is to inform you  that effective 1/3/11, the clinic's name will change to JB Medical Wellness Clinic. We are at our same location and our rates will remain unchanged. You can expect continued quality service and dedication from the same friendly staff and medical director. We will have an MD on site the majority of the time for specific questions.
