 Greetings!
Oh, what a month February is going to be! The shortest one of the year, it's also the one with the most events in the theater this season. Starting with the great Acting Company and its thoroughly modern interpretation of Shakespeare's oh-so-fun Comedy of Errors, to dancing in Great Hall to the Cajun and Zydeco music of Fete de Louisiane! From a visit to Cuba on the Travel Adventure Series, to Hilary Hahn and Valentina Lisitsa, to Gaelic Storm.
And, just announced, the opening act to the magnificent Naturally 7 will be not just one UW-Madison a cappella group, but the entire Annual A Cappella Showcase, featuring four of our campus groups. Don't wait till the last minute to buy tickets to this one!
Enjoy also Claire's archives, reminding us of Martin Luther King's visit to the theater, and a piece introducing DJs Linda Vakunta and Alhaji Njai of WORT's Panafrica show.
See you in the theater!
