Celebrate an endless summer of memories and benefit the Wrightsville Beach Museum of History as it swings to the memory of Lumina Pavilion, North Carolina's iconic pleasure palace, with the return of Lumina Daze live from the Blockade Runner Beach Resort.  With performances by the Wilmington Big Band, Buddy Skipper and the Jetty Jumpers and the Dixieland All-Stars, the dance floor is yours from 4 to 10 p.m. Admission is only $15 per person. Food and beverage tickets are not included.
From the lobby to the lanai, from the beachfront to the ballroom, Lumina Daze, now in its 13th year, boasts all of the amenities of the 21st century while reliving the nostalgic past.
Some highlights include: Phil & Mark's folk rock songbook featuring tunes from the 50s, 60s and 70s; A trip down memory lane with Jack Lane, the last manager of Lumina Pavilion's Upper Deck; and; D.C. North's live auction featuring: - an original George Pocheptsov painting,
