| What is the best thing you can do for missions? Give money, perhaps? Or, better yet, go on a mission trip and experience "the field" first hand? Those are all good, even great but not the best. The BEST thing you can do is PRAY faithfully, consistently and fervently!
UIM International provides a monthly prayer guide, designed to assist you in praying with firsthand knowledge of actual needs our misionaries are facing "in the field" of their ministries.
Another means of staying connected with UIM and praying effectively is by receiving the UIM NEWS, a monthly synopsis of reports "from the field", from Canada to Mexico and across the United States.

Lodge Update  "God's timing and my timing seem to run on different schedules," wrote George Fitchett from Rock Nest Ranch in British Columbia. "My timing was to have the lodge done a year ago, but God's timing has been different." The lodge is greatly needed to prevent youth from being turned away from a Christian camping experience. It will also be utilitized for the annual family camp, to which First Nations believers often bring non-Christian family members and friends for exposure to God's truth. A winterized facility will allow for year-round camps, fellowship times, and biblical teaching. Please continue to pray for funds and work crews to finish the building and that God will glorify Himself through its construction as well as its use. |
