UIM Connection!
Something new for UIM International and you! UIM Connection! It is not possible to keep up with the revolution in technology and the myriad of ways in which people receive information and socially connect. It seems new innovations come online everyday. One message that comes through loud and clear is people desire to stay connected.
UIM Connection! is our way of keeping you informed of the ministry heartbeat of UIM International. We exist to reach the indigenous people groups of North America. Specifically, we are reaching out with the gospel to the Aboriginal peoples of Canada, Native peoples of the United States, as well as the Mexican and Hispanic peoples of and from Mexico.
Since 1954, as United Indian Missions, missionaries have been compelled by the love of Christ Jesus to proclaim the gospel to the "forgotten" peoples of North America - the indigenous inhabitants lost in conquest and expansion of other interests. UIM International cannot reconcile the mistaken ambitions of past atrocities, but it can bring the reconciling message of God in Christ Jesus - reconciling the world unto Himself.
UIM International exists because of and for indigenous early inhabitants of the North American continent. Whether the aboriginal peoples in North America or Latino peoples "south of the border", UIM International sees a "borderless" need in the hearts of people, precious and valuable in the sight of God - people for whom Christ Jesus' substitutionary sacrifice provides hope for eternal life.
We ask you to partner with us in prayer and provision. As UIM International endeavors to reach the nations of North America, establishing local churches is our ultimate objective. Join with us!
In the months ahead, we will seek to keep you informed of the work of God through UIM International in Canada, United States and Mexico. We give God the glory for all He is doing in and through His servants.
