Trey Gardner has recently joined our insurance team as our

Service Manager.

Trey has solid experience in both commercial and 'surplus' lines insurance and he is responsible for managing and overseeing all service-related issues.

A brief video explaining the realities and legal concerns of properly insuring seller-financed properties in order to avoid insurance fraud, unwanted litigation, and to help avoid triggering the due-on-sale clause found in the underlying mortgage.  Few, if any, insurance professionals have any in-depth knowledge of investing in real estate, brokering mortgage notes, cash flow management, etc. and this video is intended to dispel the myths, assumptions, and flagrant mistakes made when insuring seller-financed homes.
